We process your data to perform our contract with you (account, licenses), for our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service, to meet legal obligations (tax records), and with your consent (marketing emails).
We don't sell or share your personal data. A few service providers process it to run the service — Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record (payment, tax, and invoicing; we never see your card number), an email provider, our hosting provider, and a spam-protection service on our signup form. We don't use analytics providers, ad networks, or data brokers.
Our infrastructure is US-based. If you're outside the US, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States under standard contractual clauses.
As long as your account exists. If you've bought a license, we keep the email, purchase, and license associated with it even if you ask us to delete your data — to honor your license and meet tax and accounting law. We'll remove the rest on request.
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent (like the marketing opt-in).
